With over 8 years of hands-on caregiving experience and a background as an SW Case Manager, Naomi has dedicated her career to supporting seniors, individuals with disabilities, and families. Her expertise in coordinating care, advocating for clients, and connecting them with community resources ensures that every client receives the highest quality of support.

Built on a foundation of healthcare education and genuine commitment to service, Gentle Hearts Home Care Services is led by a founder with a Bachelor of Science in Business of Healthcare Management, a Master of Science in Healthcare Management, and who is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration.
